1. Everything about RP and the Rules(Includes definitions)
1.1 Roleplay (RP) - Taking a role, and playing it. In a SAMP world the word "Roleplay" is defined as "Acting as In Real Life". Roleplay is the main reason why Roleplay servers are being created, as roleplay is always fun as long as it's realistic and roleplay rules are not broken, read below.
1.2 In Character (IC) - Information and things which involve only YOUR CHARACTER. Your character driving, eating, working, chilling and so on..
1.2.1 OOC
OOC aka Out Of Character is opposite to In Character, everything that's IG and is out of OOC chats.
1.3 Metagame
Metagame has two definitions. One you look over players head without ICly knowing his name. Two, you use OOC information in an IC sitation: Ex: I read in an OOC topic on the forums that Roberto Steel is the new leader of LSPD. I instantly find him and talk to him.
1.3.1 OOC Backup
Admins are allowed to punish players for calling for backup in a OOC chat. Ex: /pm Cole Come to unity station, I'm surrounded by cops, hurry.
2. RolePlay/RP[/color]
2.1 Roleplay and the two commands
Roleplay is everything that you will see on this topic.
2.1.0.1 "robert/me [text] command
Message Emote or for short ME is to peform an action or a mood of the player. Ex : *Roberto Steel reads a newspaper

2.1.0.1 "/do [text] command
/do Command is used to let other people know about your actions and the surrondings Ex: Me and Jimmy are in my house, he RPs /do Can I hear anything ?
Then I'd continue the RP and should Type /do **You hear Crickets shirp**
2.1.2.3.1 "Success"
Success in a RP situation has to be used when you try to peform an action on another player Ex:

2.1.1 Driving
RP driving should be a rule in all servers RP driving is basically following the traffic laws.
2.1.1.1 RP Carcrash
RP Carcrash RPing a car crash, it gives alot of experience to your current RP level. RPing a car crash is a big event and shouldn't be done with 2 robert's and /do's. Itshould be done with atleast 15 RP commands.
2.1.2 Killing another player
Killing another player is allowed of you have the IC/RP reason to do so, you have to RP the procedure(killing him).
2.1.2.1 Fear
Every single man or woman on this very earth has his/her own fears, so do you in a RP world. You HAVE to be RP fear if you are pointed at with a gun. I RP my fears all the time.
2.1.2.2 Player Kill
PK aka Player Kill is the death of a PLAYER SO the character will stay alive, he will lose 30 minutes of IC memory.
2.1.2.2.1 Family PK
Familys are allowed to Family PK players, if a player breaks the rules of the family, the family leader can kill him. Since this is a normal PK but you'll be kicked out of your family, no other items will be lost, everything exept the family will stay.
2.1.2.3 Character Kill
CK - Character Kill is the total death of your character everything will be lost. If you have donated for a vehicle/house or a faction then they will stay, everything else GONE- A player HAS to accept CK otherwise, it cannot be done
2.1.2.3.1 Situtaions while peforming CK . NOTE: The player that is going to be CKd has to accept the CK, if he doesent, CK cannot me done.
1 Civillian/Hitman vs Civillian
1 Civillian/Hitman vs Civillian 1 LEO (Law Enforcement Officer)
1 Civillian/Hitman vs Hitman (CKer has to talk to an admin, a hitman can only CK a person ONCE)
1 Law Enforcer vs 1 Civillian
1 Law Enforcer vs 1 Hitman (CKer has to talk to an admin for the permission)
2.1.2.3.2 Self CK
Self CK, if a player commits suicide, everything will be lost exept items items you have donated for.
2.1.2.4 Revenge Kill
Mix of DM and RK, you go back and kill the person that killed you, you'd lose 30 minutes of memory, therefore you dont remember him
2.1.3 Powergame
Either Forcing-RP actions on other players or RPing unrealistically.

3. Other rules.
3.1 Forbidden acts
3.1.1 BunnyHop
Jumping and Running at the same time to move faster than you normally would.
3.1.2 CarPark
CP aka Carpark is parking a car on a player in hope to kill him/her.
3.1.3 Chopper Kill
CK/ChopperKill/HK/HeliKill isn't allowed, CK/ChopperKill/HK/HeliKill is killing a player with the blade of a helicopter
3.1.4 Drive-By
Drive-By is shooting while driving, you are allowed to drive-by if you RP leaning out of the window. You can only DB with the following weapons : MP5, Tec9, 9mm, Deagle.
3.1.5 Chicken Run
Chicken Running is zig-zag running to prevent getting hit by bullets
3.1.6 Bug Abuse
Bug abuse Abusing a bug/glitch/mistake in the servers gamemode/filterscripts, If you abuse a severe bug, you'll be banned.
3.2.1 Basics
3.2.1 Making a /report
When reporting a player by using /report you HAVE to give the players ID/Name, you hae to say what happened, take a few screenshots of the incident to prove that you're rights
3.2.2 Getting Started
When joining you spawn at the DMV, take the driving test and continue with buying a cellphone, cigars for RP etc.
You should get a job and start RPing as soon as you have got the basic items (cellphone and stuff).
The best job would be Trucker job use /gps Trucker to find it
3.3.1 RolePlay Name
The name of your account will be the name of your character, choose it wisely.
3.1.1 Requirements for a RP name
The character's forename and surname must be separated by an underscore _
The name can't contain a message Ex : Heli_Copter Whats_Up
The name cant be used my a famous person IRL Ex: Chuck_Norris
The name cant contain numbers or symbols
3.3.1.2 Name Generator

3.3.2 Finding a Job
I suggest You to apply for a faction, read more on the forums.
Make sure that you know how to RP a member of the faction that you wish to join.
3.4 Most Common Roles
The roles listed down are the most common roles in SAMP servers
3.4.1 Legal Roles
3.4.2 LSPD/Law Enforcer
A law enforcer has to keep the city clean of criminals. Has to make sure that the citizens can feel safe in the city. Law Enforcer requires a lot of previous experience, a good RP level and a lot of time.
3.4.3 Medic
Medics role isn't filled with action and requires a good RP level and a lot of knowledge. A medic has to respond to emergency calls. If they have a car accident on the way there, they HAVE to RP it. After the medic has arrived they have to check the pulse, ask for injuries [/do Injuries] if there are other members near by they can give you a short brief of the incident and the victim has to be taken to a local hospital or the healing can be done at the scene.
3.4.4 Victims Role
Victims role is to RP the injuries, a victim has to e taken to the local hospital, if there are no medic IG you can either RP it yourself or you can RP that there is a medic that is helping the victim.
3.4.5 Member of the Government
Government is usually the most boring faction in the server. There is no action, you only have to work 10 minutes a day
3.4.6 Firefighter
Firefighters aren't well known in most servers, they have to put out fires and assist in car crashes
3.4.7 SANews
A worker of SANews has to inform other players about the events in Los Santos.(Weather changes, arrests, bank robberies etc.)
3.5 Definitions
IC - In Character - Everything that stays in the game and in an IC chat [normal chat, /sms, /r /wt etc]
OOC - Out Of Character - Everything that stays out of the game or is done in a OOC Chat [/b]
MG - MetaGame - Usin OOC information in a IC situation
RP - RolePlay - Playing a character and doing different thigs with him using robert and /do
DM - Deathmatch - Killing another player without a RP reason
PK - Player Kill - Killing another player with a RP reason
CK - Character Kill - Total death of your character, all things will be deleted money, house, vehicles. You'll be kicked from your current faction/family. A N/C ...will also occur.
RK - Revenge Kill - Going back to kill the player that recently killed you.
PG - Power Game - Forcing RP actions using robert and /do.
BH - Bunny Hop - Running and Jumping on the same time to move faster than you normally would
HK - HeliKill - Using a helicopters blade to kill another player.
CR - Chicken Run - Zig-Zag running to prevent bullets
BA - Bug Abuse - Abusing the servers bugs.
