Roleplay Terms and Condition
General RP rules and Terms
- OOC Dealings are never allowed
This is an RP Server not an OOC Server.
Punishments if this rule if broken: Punished accordingly as "Metagaming". Imprisonment
- OOC Scamming is under no circumstances allowed on this server. This is Very serious offence and will be the scammer will punished severely. Punishments if this rule is broken : Minimum Temp Ban, can be permabanned depending on the severity of the situation.
- You're never ever allowed to force CK someone. ((Character Kill)) CK is only allowed when the player agrees to it.
Consequences for This rule being broken : Punished accordingly as "Powergaming" and will be prisoned.
- You need 4 National Guards on duty to break out of prison. If you were to try to break someone out of prison in real life, you would be shot at. Indefinitely. So therefore there must be at least Four NG's online at the time.
Consequences for not obeying: Punished accordingly as "Powergaming".Player will face admin jail.
-spam and Massive OOC abouse is not allowed in a RP Situation.
Players will whine and ***** in OOC chat. They will cry because the RP doesn't go their way.
Consequences for not obeying: Punished accordingly as "Metagaming and Non-RP actions". Player will face imprisonment.
- Carsurfing will never be allowed in this server even you RP'd hanging on to the windows or the back of something etc. It's not roleplay to be on-top vehicle. As in real life you would fall off the vehicle and most probably get heavily injured.
Exception is when you RP sitting/standing on the back of the pickup truck that is actually able to carry passengers in the back in Real Life, e.g: Bobcat etc
Consequences for not obeying: Punished accordingly as "Non-RP Behavior" Player will face Admin Jail.
- If you think the other player is Power-Gaming, Continue RPing. Different Players RP different ways, so sometimes it seems powergaming to you but it's actually it's not. Just continue RPing and grab SSs/Video of the RP Situation and post a complaint if you strongly believes it's powergaming.

- (/fix)ing is not allowed when getting chased or chasing another vehicle. [New]
It is not realistic to fix a vehicle when driving.

- Cop baiting is never allowed.
It is really Non-RP to see people shout and insult the cops just to make the cops chase them, In real life, people wouldn't have the balls to shout some of the stuff I hear people say IG. The definition for cop baiting may be; following cops without a proper roleplay reason, shouting and swearing in order to get them to arrest you, encouraging cops to follow you so that you may rob them or provoke to arrest you. Shooting at Cops, when they're chasing someone/arresting them. You may only shout insults at cops when there is a riot or some type of protest.

- Illegal advertisement is restricted.
Selling illegal stuffs would not be allowed in advertisement(/ad). You would need to find a way to sell your illegal stuffs without using (/ad) command.

- You can RP being in an imaginary faction or a real faction, because your fake badge wouldn't be legit UNLESS you're a hitman.
Only hitmen can create perfect fake badges, so don"t even try to RP it. Well, you can try, but you will fail.

- When LEOs has announced that bank(or any under place) is under lockdown, civilians are not allowed to enter. If you enter, you will be punished.
It's very Non-RP when entering a place with cops everywhere in the area.
Consequences for not obeying: Punished accordingly as "Non-RP behavior". Player will face admin jail.
- Illegal advertisement is restricted.
Selling illegal stuffs would not be allowed in advertisement(/ad). You would need to find a way to sell your illegal stuffs without using (/ad) command.

- Non-RP Accessories
Attaching objects/toys unrealistically
Consequences for not obeying: Punished accordingly as "Non-RP behavior". Admin jail.
- Carsurfing will never be allowed in this server even you RP'd hanging on to the windows or the back of something etc. It's not roleplay to be on-top vehicle. As in real life you would fall off the vehicle and most probably get heavily injured.
Exception is when you RP sitting/standing on the back of the pickup truck that is actually able to carry passengers in the back in Real Life, e.g: Bobcat etc
Consequences for not obeying: Punished accordingly as "Non-RP Behavior" Player will face Admin Jail.
- Players are not allowed to return to a roleplay situation in which they have died (reached 0 HP) even if their friends/colleagues called them on radio ICly. If the players keep returning to the past RP session in which they have died, well the Roleplay will never end.
Consequences for not obeying: Punished accordingly as "Revenge Killing(RK)", "Powergaming", or "metagaming" depending on the situation. Player will face admin jail.
